About the Program
The SDFM Mentoring Program connects experienced members with individuals who would like to advance their DFM careers.
Once you setup your profile and answer a few questions, you’ll be able to view other members in the program who match the specifications you’re looking for.
You can communicate and schedule meetings, as well as track your mentoring journey through curriculum and meeting recaps.
How it Works
1. Login with your member account 2. Select to be a mentor or mentee 3. If a mentee - select a mentor 4. Once matched - connect with your match 5. Meet, take Journal notes, set Goals & Tasks 6. Read the mentorship resources
